Came here for 5 nights with my daughter, everything was perfect. The room was well-kept with a great view of the flatirons, comfortable beds, bathroom and the breakfast was incredibly nice. The staff was all extremely friendly and amicable.
The staff was not very friendly.

The room was lovely looking, and the bed was extremely comfy, I enjoyed it. The location was great and perfect, close to the Pearl Street pedestrian area, in the pretty comfortable area.
Some people working there were not very friendly.

Absolutely great and quiet little hotel and a newly remodelled room. The staff - super-friendly and exceptionally nice. Very comfy beds and a fridge, a coffee machine, and a writing desk. Magnificent views of the mountains all around. Ideal, magnificent location near to Very close to Pearl Street Mall and the park and trails. Easy walk to Boulder Reservoir.
